• -All branches of the Group from Sunday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Customers may also access the Group through the website www.gig.com.kw and the GIG-Kuwait smartphone application, which allows you to purchase various insurance policies or check your claims without the need to visit any of the Group’s branches.
